Protect your Integrity..


You all know my favorite subject is Customer Reviews. This video is about making sure we preserve the full integrity of the Reviews on your local pages and on the main website.

We are currently the MOST Reviewed Business in the UK in the Pest control sector and the Locksmith sector. That is something to be proud of and allows us to stand out from others.

By standing out from the crowd we are more visible to lots of people - this is good news on one hand but will also invite people who want to snipe at us.

On a recent episode of Watch Dog a number of websites came under fire for "false" reviews.

There were reports (and proof) of tradesmen / company's...

  • buying reviews, 
  • writing their own,
  • getting friends / family to write them.
This is madness and complete suicide in today's market.




For the Forces Group a Review is GENUINE if  it was given directly by someone that has received or benefited from our service / advice,  the review was completed by that person and the work is recorded on the Ops System.

Reviews can be done through the Cards (Group cards or Checkatrade cards etc..._) or by the Customer clicking a link to leave a review.

As a way of vetting the reviews received we are now cross checking a sample to the Ops System every day. This helps keep check that the Ops System is up to date and demonstrates our commitment to the integrity of the Reviews on our site.

I know everyone wants to get Reviews and it can be frustrating is customers don't do reviews but please do not be tempted to push or break the integrity of the system.

Please stay focused on getting reviews but understand we will seek to remove (or report) any potentially false Reviews.

  Check this out.... I was in London the other weekend watching my daughter Tori doing the London 10K run. It was a great little run through the streets of the West End, along the Embankment, past Big Ben and then to Downing Street. At the end of the run we decided to go for lunch in Covent Garden.  You'll probably know that there are lots of restaurants around Covent Garden and there is a certain one called Flat Iron. Where is your AIM?

Check out this image....    This is from a workbook from a recent conference I attended. As you know I try and attend a few external conferences to extend, or reinforce, my knowledge. This picture resonated with me so much as I know it to be true for so many business owners. So my question to you is...... Where is your AIM? I appreciate that is quite a big question so let's just start with the current year... 2024. Have you got a Sales Target (aim) for this current year?
