Marketing Basics - Your LIST

 As you build your business you build up a huge list of previous (and current) customers. These people already KNOW you - may LIKE you - might TRUST you. Hopefully they KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you.

But these people are largely forgotten and if we are lucky some will remember us and call us next time they need us or they might refer us to others.

We can ensure this relationship if we take the time to nurture and develop the relationship.
